1. Always, always have breakfast . Protein rich breakfasts allow you to feel fuller for longer, helping you resist those brownies with your morning cuppa. So bring on those eggs!
2. Soup for lunch helps you feel fuller for longer, because unlike plain water, it doesn't leave your stomach straight away. So rescue those lentils from the back of the cupboard.
3. Take a 30 min walk every day. Not only does it burn calories, it keeps you less stressed and less likely to reach for that cupboard comfort.
4. Do your weekly shop online. You'll be much less inclined to add those extras to your trolley. Who wouldn't want to save money whilst losing weight?
5. Eat yoghurt. Full fat, tasty Greek yoghurt with a spoonful of your favourite honey takes the edge off your appetite and has bacteria which helps your immune system and your digestion.

yep! I like all of those suggestions. I would just add in at number 6 - don't snack. Eat three meals a day. Every time you snack, your blood sugar goes up and out comes the insulin.
